UI/UX DESIGNER II - COMPUTER HARDWARE INDUSTRY Location: Irvine, CA Pay Rate: $35.71/hr Start Date: ASAP 3 Month Contract Role (Potential for Extension or Conversion) Job Category: Marketing

Our client is seeking an "UI/UX Designer II" to join our team with a strong portfolio of work samples.

Duties: 

• As a designer, you will play an integral part in making our e-commerce properties both intuitive and visually compelling.
• You will design through constant iterations from wireframes to high fidelity prototypes using Adobe XD.
• Your day-to-day tasks will consist of brainstorming concepts in a highly collaborative environment, translating complex requirements into simple design solutions, applying your sense of aesthetics to create clean, modern user interface designs, and more.
• Your ability to understand our users, and delight them, will not only be welcomed but celebrated.

Education & Experience:

• BA/BS/MSA in related field, or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years experience, preferably in a corporate environment. 
• E-commerce experience is highly preferred. However, any industry as long as it is transactional websites. 
• Familiar with front-end languages and frameworks (ie. HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Great communication/presentation skills
• Working with responsive eCommerce and Support sites.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud  (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Mock ups, interactive prototypes, and components using Adobe XD
• Familiar with Google Material design patterns
