TQI Solutions is actively seeking a collaborative and skilled Business Systems Analyst III to join our dedicated team. As a key contributor, you will provide crucial support to our esteemed client located in Norfolk, VA.

Responsibilities:

• Applies appropriate management analysis processes, project management principles, and technical techniques to facilitate the planning, execution, monitoring, and control of multiple projects
• Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a thorough understanding of business systems and industry requirements
• Documents requirements and translates these into system specifications
• Applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments
• Plans and leads major technology assignments.
• Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success

This is a full time, salaried, exempt position.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Seven years of program management experience; MSC/US Navy experience strongly preferred.
• Experience Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, PowerBI, DoD, DON.
• Proficiency with IT program management principles.
• PMP preferred.
• Experience with MS Project a plus.

The incumbent of this position will be subject to a background investigation and will be required to maintain a Government granted security clearance.
