    Job Description

    Traackr is looking for a Market Research & Insights Analyst to lead our data-driven storytelling practice. As part of the marketing team, you will produce insights, visualizations and stories for all stages of our buyers’ journey. Blending analytical and creative skills, this role is responsible for leveraging Traackr data to create insightful content that contributes to brand awareness, demand generation and pre-sale objectives.

    Part market researcher, part content marketer, you will help shape the narrative of Traackr by designing and executing high-impact primary research, both quantitative and qualitative, on the practice of influencer marketing. You have a track record in market research, data analysis and content production. What gets you excited is finding the story in the data and delivering insights through powerful content formats (articles, reports, visualizations, briefings) that support our business.

    WHAT YOU’LL DO

    • Leverage Traackr’s platform to analyze influencer marketing trends across industries and markets and identify insights that can help CMOs and their teams improve strategies and think differently about their programs. 
    • Collaborate with our Demand Generation and Sales teams to understand our buyers’ needs and formulate research topics that will intrigue and educate our prospects. 
    • Produce engaging content based on your findings to feed our marketing campaigns and support our customers’ journey including in-depth reports, briefings, weekly blog posts, etc.
    • Work closely with our public relations and influencer marketing team to craft newsworthy stories for our target media publications.
    • Develop a framework to support the sales process by delivering insights that demonstrate the value of Traackr for our prospects.

    • Qualifications
    • 4+ years of experience in market research, data analysis and content production.
    • Advanced Excel knowledge and data visualization skills in Excel, PPT, Tableau or similar programs 
    • Experience analyzing diverse data sets, in particular social and / or consumer behavior data. 
    • Exceptional writing skills across different formats including formal reports, white papers, presentations, social media posts, blog articles, etc. 
    • Strong strategic thinking, analytical capabilities and demonstrated initiative.
    • Demonstrated understanding of B2B SaaS marketing fundamentals and passion for developing content for the marketer. 
    • Excellent project management skills; demonstrated ability to execute successful projects with minimal guidance in a fast-paced, distributed and entrepreneurial environment.
    • Ability to work collaboratively across internal and external teams in a decentralized and global work environment.
    • While not required, the following qualifications are a plus: 
    • Experience with statistical software (R, Stata, SAS, SPSS).
    • Knowledge of the influencer marketing, social media and / or advertising technology industries.
    • Experience with social listening tools, especially with keyword list curation for analytics reports.
