A/R & General Office Associate
Summary We are looking for an experienced A/P-General Office Associate to join our growing company. Job Overview The person in this position will be assigned accounts payable and general office duties, support field personnel and assist other departments as needed. Duties include but are not limited to: * Assemble & review invoices to be processed for payment * Verify invoices against purchase orders and receivers * Practice effective monitoring to ensure payments are made to vendors timely * Data entry to prepare vouchers * Monitor office equipment maintenance contracts & service requirements * Order supplies for office and field personnel * Make travel arrangements & secure accommodations for visitors Qualifications If you are a conscientious, dedicated individual looking for an established and stable company which takes pride in its principles and values then you will fit in well in our organization. * Two or more years of experience in an accounts payable staff position * Proficient in Word & Excel, experience in an ERP application * Communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing * Pleasant telephone manner * Careful attention to detail and time management * AA Degree (or higher) a plus DISCLAIMER The above description is not intended to be interpreted as an exhaustive list of skills, qualifications, and duties for this role.
