The Social Media and Marketing Coordinator is a very important role that is critical to the Marketing Team at Transcend Company. You will work directly with our CMO, Marketing Director and our Videographers on some high-caliber projects weekly.

Responsibilities:

Influencer marketing, influencer summaries, communications, research

Customer Service, Social Media engagement with followers and customers

Manage social media communications.

Manage communications with external partnerships and affiliates and act as a liaison between these individuals and the Marketing Team.

Manage Social Media Accounts: Youtube, Youtube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram (4 accounts), LinkedIn.

Content creation brainstorming with team - we have an in house content creation team and we have external web management agencies that we work with as well.

Content planning and calendar

Light video editing & transcriptions (subtitles) - you will work with the best softwares. You might have to create simple reels and tiktoks

Coordinate marketing meetings, analytics meetings and strategy meetings with Marketing Team and C-level staff - record meeting minutes.

Experience with Canva & Adobe Creative Cloud - light graphic design work
