  • Responsibilities

    Position Requirements: The content producer will help produce and manage the stories of Transformation told throughout our worship experiences. They will project manage the content creators in the Programming department.

    Heart (Passions + Purpose)

    • Demonstrate a stable, mature Christian walk, reflecting the fruit of the Spirit (Gal 5:22-23)
    • Maintain a strong, personal relationship with God, exemplifying a disciplined plan of worship through prayer, Bible study, and financial giving of tithes and offering
    • Steward well church and personal finances, relations, time, and health
    • Emotional health and balance to handle multiple, fast-paced projects simultaneously
    • Belief and understanding of TC's culture code, core behaviors, and C.O.R.E leadership
    • Passion to Represent God to the Lost & Found
    • Willing to become a member of TC and submit to the direction of the Pastors and Lead Staff
    • Passion for putting Christ in the middle of culture

    Hand (Expectations + Duties):

    • Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
    • Execute creative ideas from concept to completion that will represent the culture of TC in an excellent and timely manner
    • Able to manage ongoing projects in a timely and excellent manner
    • Able to coordinate, produce, and project manage all phases of the video production process
    • Able to creatively represent God through stories told in our experiences
    • Must be proficient in their ability to communicate information and tasks to their direct report as well as the content team
    • Must be able to effectively communicate and lead meetings in their department
    • Work with Content Creators (graphic designers/video/coordinator) to give clear deadlines
    • Work with other departments and divisions on projects
    • Execute creative ideas from start to finish that will represent the culture of TC in an excellent and timely manner
    • Must have the ability to storyboard projects
    • Able to write scripts for any project
    • Project manage multiple projects at a time
    • Clearly communicate the vision to and empower other people working with you on projects
    • Plan out full productions & plan ahead for future productions
    • Must be able to ensure that all content is aligned with the TC's brand, guidelines and standards
    • Familiar with Monday.com
    • All other duties as assigned

    Head: (Knowledge + Training):

    • 2 years work experience in a related field, preferably in a church or non-profit organization
    • Ability to come up with vision for projects if it has not yet been provided
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to develop teams and empower other leaders
    • Self awareness to identify strengths and weaknesses
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality
    • Basic organizational skills, detail-oriented, and good time management skills
    • Self starter and ability to work under pressure, including troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to meet deadlines and goals while managing multiple tasks
    • Proficient computer skills with Apple, Microsoft, and Google products and the ability to learn TC-used databases and technologies
