    TRAVELING FIELD LEAD ASSISTANT

    Location: Nationwide Travel (United States)

    Pay: $17-$18 per hour (depending on experience) + Overtime Opportunities

    Schedule: Full-Time (40–65 hours per week)

    Travel Requirement: Approximately 90% travel

    POSITION SUMMARY

    We are seeking a Traveling Field Lead Assistant to support our Metal Service Crews across job sites throughout the United States. This role serves as a key liaison between the JAC Metal Crew and the store/location/job site, helping ensure smooth communication, accurate reporting, and efficient daily operations.

    This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys travel, hands-on work, and growth within the construction industry. No experience is required—we provide training. One year of related experience is preferred.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Support the Service Lead by following directions and assisting with assigned tasks.

    • Carry tools and materials and assist with inventory awareness.

    • Assist with roof and wall repairs including grinding, mastic application, and caulking.

    • Assist with daily job site reports, JSA sign-ins, and compliance documentation.

    • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Valid U.S. work authorization

    • Valid driver’s license

    Ability to travel approximately 90% of the time

    • Computer-savvy

    • Ability to read and write in English

    • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

    PAY & BENEFITS

    • $17.00-$18.00 per hour (depending on experience)
