    CUSTOMER CARE SPECIALIST - REMOTE

    Trawick International is looking for someone who is self-motivated, enthusiastic, thoughtful, and patient. Our Customer Care Specialists must have strong problem-solving skills, coupled with the natural ability to provide empathy for the customer – always taking the time to patiently listen and understand their questions to help find a viable solution, while providing them with a memorable customer experience.

    This is a work from home position that includes a paid training program, which will successfully prepare you to service our customers. At this time, we are accepting applications from individuals who are authorized to work in the United States only.

    WHAT WILL YOU BE WORKING ON EVERY DAY?

    • Collaborating with a team to ensure that customer calls, emails and live chats are answered in a prompt, courteous and professional manner.
    • Assisting customers by answering pre-purchase questions related to insurance, including policy quotes.
    • Answering questions from customers regarding their policy coverage.
    • Updating customer insurance policies and documenting these changes.
    • Providing information to customers regarding our claims process.
    • In short, making sure that our customers receive all of the help that they need after interacting with you!

    ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Recommend system enhancements and process improvements to our leadership group.
    • Keep the team updated on any trending customer topics.
    • Participate in team projects when available.

    WHAT QUALIFICATIONS DO YOU NEED TO HAVE TO BE GOOD CANDIDATE?

    • REQUIRED LEVEL OF EDUCATION, LICENSES, AND/OR CERTIFICATES

      • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • REQUIRED LEVEL OF EXPERIENCE

      • 1 -3 years of job related experience (front-line / customer facing experience, heavy phone work and call center a plus!)
    • REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

    • LANGUAGE:

    • Spanish/English (preferred)

    o Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook.

      • Ability to work independently at a quick pace and with a high degree of accuracy.
        • Ability to work an 8-hour shift between the hours of Monday- Friday 8AM and 6PM Central rotating weekends, including certain holidays.
        • Ability to work occasional overtime as needed.
        • Excellent phone etiquette including good verbal communication and the ability to interact with customers with an upbeat tone and demeanor.
        • Superior customer service skills including the natural ability to provide empathy
        • Strong written communication
        • Strong data entry/typing skills
        • Strong navigation skills and the ability to multi-task
        • Excellent attention to detail
        • Critical thinking skills to quickly analyze and clearly understand a specific request or customer need and then leverage knowledge and resources to provide the appropriate solutions.

    HOME OFFICE REQUIREMENTS:

    • Private, secure, distraction free workspace
    • Computer equipment will be provided by the company
    • Internet Connectivity Requirement/Remote Positions: For 100% remote positions, we require that: (you have high speed broadband cable internet service with minimum upload/download speeds of 3Mbps/30Mbps. Ethernet cable will be required to be connected directly into the internet modem.
