Job Purpose
This role is responsible for administering commission plan designs, plan structures, and onboarding new members in the compensation system to ensure sales compensation plans, credits, quotas and commissions are prepared according to Senior Management decisions and guidance to meet company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
As Sr. Sales Compensation Analyst, your role will be to manage the complete commission process for Sales team members located globally. This will include calculating commissions, sending timely data to payroll, distributing individual statements, and responding to commission queries. You will also work alongside other Sales Ops team members to ensure timely reports to meet monthly payroll deadlines and reporting sales achievements.

The base salary range for this role, across the US is $95,000 - $130,000. Your actual base pay within this range will be determined by your work location as well as skills, qualifications, experience, and relevant education/training. The range provided reflects only the base salary for the role and does not include benefits.
Applies excellent functional knowledge in utilizing multiple web based systems for recruiting and onboarding, HRIS, time and attendance, leave management and more. Effectively leads and mentors assigned team members as well as local supervisors/managers on elements of effective Human Resources and effective employee management. Working knowledge in all areas pertinent to the management of all HR functions including compensation, staffing, employee involvement, EEO/AAP, safety training and policy development. Current knowledge of all federal, state, and local regulations as it pertains to HR. Must have effective counseling skills in areas of performance and behavioral problems, conflict resolution and career development. Ability to communicate with all levels of employees effectively. Consistently contributes effort, leadership, and creative thinking to solving complex and significant problems in a collaborative fashion. Effectively represents department, division, or company at meetings. Assumes significant role on committees, projects, etc.
