    As the Senior Director of Growth Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing global demand generation and business development programs that generate pipeline and drive revenue. You will be the go-to person to drive Kofax's commitment to impactful programs and operational excellence. In collaboration with regional field marketing directors, sales leadership team, product marketing, and communications teams, you will drive the strategy and lead a marketing team to implement global integrated marketing programs to generate leads and advance opportunities and pipeline conversion.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and lead a high-performing team of global program managers, driving strategy and execution of integrated marketing programs to meet lead generation and pipeline requirements at scale.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams including sales leadership, regional field marketing, product marketing, and communications to create and execute on global integrated, multi-touch, multi-channel marketing plans that drive brand awareness, demand generation, pipeline, and revenue growth.
    • Drive global account-based marketing (ABM) strategy, working closely with sales leadership to identify and prioritize target accounts, and leverage data-driven insights to execute on personalized, targeted, and scalable campaigns that accelerate pipeline and opportunities.
    • Develop and refine tools and processes to support, grow, and optimize demand generation programs, including technology, onboarding, enablement, dashboards, and reporting.
    • Establish key performance metrics and goals for demand generation programs, regularly monitoring and reporting on performance to own and extended teams, and continuously optimizing programs for maximum impact.
    • Manage campaign budgets, timelines, resources, processes, and technologies applicable to marketing programs, ensuring operational excellence and accountability across the team.
    • Document and socialize demand generation programs and results with global marketing and sales leadership, as well as extended stakeholders, to ensure alignment and buy-in across the organization.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to continually improve demand generation strategies and tactics.

    Required Skills

    • Proven expertise in Salesforce CRM, Eloqua or Marketo marketing automation, SalesLoft, Intent-based marketing tools, cvent or other webinar platforms, and marketing attribution tools.
    • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and present to diverse audiences, including executive leadership and external customers.
    • Advanced analytical skills and the ability to turn insights into actionable plans and results.
    • Proven leadership skills in developing and managing high-performing teams with a track record of cultivating a positive and productive culture.
    • Strong financial acumen and experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets, with a focus on ROI and driving revenue growth.
    • Expert problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate potential roadblocks and develop proactive solutions to mitigate risks.

    Required Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred) in business or marketing-related field
    • 10+ years of marketing experience driving lead generation, campaigns and ABM programs in B2B Enterprise marketing (or for similar high-tech company)
    • Demonstrated experience building and managing KPIs for a business or lead development organization and proven track record of success within lead generation and business development programs.
    • Process driven leader with the ability to drive multiple programs forward in a fast-paced setting
    • Analytical thinker with a keen eye for detail that understands impactful KPIs and offers a data driven approach to building strategy
    • Inspirational leader who builds and retains highly motivated and successful teams
    • Strong communicator with effective presentation skills and who initiates collaboration between stakeholders
    • Offers a strong work ethic; takes initiative and thinks outside the box to get the job done
    • Proficient in Salesforce, ABM technology, Terminus, ON24/Webex, SalesLoft, intent based tools, search traffic sources, marketing attribution tools and Eloqua automation system

    The base salary range for this role, across the US is $180,000 - $202,589. Your actual base pay within this range will be determined by your work location as well as skills, qualifications, experience, and relevant education/training. The range provided reflects only the base salary for the role and does not include benefits.
