    Responsibilities:

     

    • Develop and document a short and long-term quality plan identifying objectives that address the highest priority elements of the quality system.
    • Has the authority to deem the product meets the intent of the customers’ expectations.
    • Coordinate development and maintenance of the Quality Manual and Quality System Requirements.
    • Provide quality characteristics during product or process development to meet customer expectations.
    • Identification and analysis of total quality costs including prevention, appraisal, internal and external costs and for formulating action plans to reduce these costs.
    • Administration of the measuring equipment system including planning, designing, obtaining and calibration of such equipment.
    • Provide a preventative method of controlling quality through SPC, problem solving and prevention techniques, i.e., inspection of raw material; work in process and finished goods.

     

    Qualifications:

     

    • Ability to read gages and visually inspect parts
    • Ability to read, write, analyze and interpret quality related communications
    • Ability to respond to customer inquiries or complaints.
    • Ability to works well with outside vendors
    • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
    • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

  • Qualifications
    • Prior data entry experience in a team environment
    • Ability to produce accurate work product
    • Ability to work 15 hours per week based on client need
    • Flexible schedule
    • Intermediate skills in Adobe Acrobat Pro and Microsoft Office programs
    • Experience working with knowledge bases a plus
    • Experience working with data management systems a plus
