JOB PURPOSE:
The Sr. Professional Services Consultant is a member of our consulting group that delivers configurable solutions to our end user customers and partners and is represented to them as being a subject matter expert in the configuration and customisation of all Kofax products. They are also responsible for working across the Kofax organisation including Product Development, Product Marketing and Technical Support groups. This is to ensure that our products and solutions are being improved based on customer need and feedback as well as being in line with the desired implementation process.
THE SR. PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONSULTANT MUST BE ABLE TO:
- Assist with the development of Professional Services solutions in consultation with customers and internal sales and pre-sales teams.
- Create a Statement of Work (SOW) using standard templates.
- Deliver Kofax solutions to customers based on requirements document
- Provide technical leadership to customers on Kofax solutions as configured to defined requirements
- Work closely with project managers to keep projects on schedule and within budget
- Function as the Kofax subject matter expert when working with customers
- Install Kofax configuration on the customer’s hardware; includes installation of Kofax in a highly available or disaster recovery configurations
Required Skills
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Deep experience implementing Accounts Payable solutions.
- Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills and ability to guide clients to desired outcomes.
- Able to assist in business development activities including supporting definition of scope and estimation. Ability to effectively interact with prospects in a business development situation.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Ability to effectively manage time across multiple concurrent projects.
- Experience with ERP's such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Coupa
- Consultancy experience with SQL Server or Oracle.
- Development experience with .NET
