Responsibilities:
- Program CMM in PCDMIS – single arm and dual arm
- Write CMM Programs in PCDMIS
- Measure Parts on CMM
- Validate Engineering changes post tool shop
- Trouble shoot all CMM related break downs
- Schedule annual CMM maintenance and calibration
- Manage CMM Inspection Schedule
- CMM Inspection with Part Alignment and Fixture Alignment
- Manage gage completeness – Engineering changes, replace missing / worn pins, etc.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience
- Proven knowledge in the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP
