  • Responsibilities

    JOB SUMMARY:

    Responsible for collaborating in matters of Right of Way (ROW), robbery and vandalism where KCSM is involved, collaborating in the attention for Defend Trials for the guarantee and safeguard of the company's interests.

    JOB DUTIES:

    • Criminal Legal Advise.
    • Follow up of legal procedures derived from complaints related to encroachments to the Right of Way (ROW), by providing legal assessment, get all the information necessary for presenting the criminal complaints, follow up calls with internal and external contacts, prepare information such as layouts referring the location of the encroachments, etc.
    • Follow up on legal procedures derived from robbery and vandalism where KCSM is involved, determining (along with our external counsels), the strategies to follow in the criminal procedures in which KCSM is a part, as well as to obtain and provide the information and / or documentation that is required to integrate the corresponding criminal files.

    Required Skills Required Experience

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

    • LAW DEGREE DIPLOMA

    • 5 year(s) experience – in Criminal Process Law and knowledge on the new provisions for the New Accusatory Criminal System (Nuevo Sistema Penal Acusatorio).

    CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

    • KNOWLEDGE ON THE NEW PROVISIONS FOR THE NEW CRIMINAL SYSTEM (NUEVO SISTEMA PENAL ACUSATORIO).
  • Qualifications
    • RN FROM A NATIONAL LEAGUE FOR NURSING (NLN)-ACCREDITED SCHOOL. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Preferred.
    • RETENTION OF CURRENT NURSING LICENSE in the state in which the RN practices.
    • Retain current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)/ BASIC LIFE SUPPORT (BLS).
    • Knowledge of and ability to apply professional nursing principles, procedures, and techniques.
    • Ability to assess patient condition, recognizes adverse signs and symptoms, and react swiftly in emergency situations.
    • Ability to set realistic, measurable education goals for patients, taking into consideration patient/family needs, level of understanding and available local resources.
    • Ability to develop and provide individualized and group counseling, guidance, and health instruction with the focus on disease prevention and health maintenance.
    • Ability to teach patients and/or families proper home health care activities, such as giving injections, taking blood pressures, changing would dressings, etc.
    • Knowledge of pharmacological agents used in patient treatment, including desired effects, side effects, complications, and patient usage considerations.
    • Knowledge of the basic concepts of customer service technique related to age-specific population.
    • Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills along with proper telephone etiquette.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Software and basic computer maneuverability.
    • Knowledge of pharmacology.
