Job Purpose: Managing the order fulfillment & licensing/contract management
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimizing the OF business by simplifying/harmonizing process steps
- Leads projects from OF perspective to integrate new or acquired products into the existing OF process
- Takes actively part in product releases, does testing and ensures a smooth integration to the existing process
- Ensures in agreement with Manager System & Processes and IT that the ERP is setup for the new products
- Discusses new procedures with other regional OF managers to introduce them on a global base
- Communicates process/product changes to the regional affected sales organization and agrees process with them
- Team coordination of daily business (supporting Team Lead function)
- Actively supports team in all daily business activities

- Microsoft Saleforce/NetSuite system knowledge or knowledge of a similar ERP system
- Good MS-Office-knowledge
Required Experience
- Management experience
- Project Management experience
- Commercial education and knowledge
- Experience in administrative work (sales administration)
- Good English communication skills (minimum requirement CAE)
- Fluent in Hungarian
