    Job Description

    Hi!

    TRC is seeking a work from home service agent to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product, service information, and resolving technical issues.

     

    ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITIY

    Type of Opportunity: Contract to Hire after 1,560 hours

    Location : Work from home

    REQUIREMENT: MUST BE BILINGUAL (MUST SPEAK SPANISH)

    · Pay Rate: $13.00 per hour plus incentives

    · Production Schedule / Schedule Requirements: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

    o Must be willing to work mandatory 10-hour shift on Mondays!

    o Agent will be assigned 8 hours shift within that time window

    o When accepting this job, you are available to be an opener or a closer.

    Training schedule: 3 weeks of classroom + 1 week of nesting (4 weeks total, paid training)

    o In nesting: you will take phone calls from customers with the assistance of floor support

    · Attendance Expectations: Both TRC and Convergent take attendance very seriously and have an attendance policy in place to ensure DUKE can meet their client’s business needs.

    o While in training, the expectation is to not miss any days to ensure you do not miss any content.

    o No absences within the first 90 days! If you have a prior commitment you must tell TRC before your start date to get this approved by the client.

    DUKE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS ASSIST WITH:

    • · Basic Account Support: New account set up, transferring service, reconnecting service, and disconnecting service
    • General Customer Support
    • · Billing & Payment Questions: Taking payments, setting up payment arrangements, assisting customers with extending payment due dates, etc.
    • · Outage calls: assisting customers with reporting outages in their area.
    • · On all calls, where applicable, our agents must offer and explain the value of non-regulated products and services (for example: home wiring, surge protection, and water heater repair). These items are an additional cost to the customer.
