TRC Staffing is currently recruiting for Remote Customer Service Representatives to provide basic and routine responses to customer contact. Interactions with customers may be through telephone, email, chat or written communications.

• Your internet speed test (Speedtest by Ookla - The Global Broadband Speed Test). We need Both the Upload and the Download speed.
o You may only submit the speed test to us one time. Please take the speed test from the place you intend to work (for example: your house and your office)
o Please review your screenshot before sending it as many times people simply send the download speed**
o You MUST have an Upload speed of 10, and a Download speed of 20, to be considered for this position!
