DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST

We are looking for a highly productive, experienced, and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in a full-time capacity.  The Digital Marketing Specialist will work with internal employees on digital marketing strategies to gain prospects, generate leads, and build a brand within local markets.

This is a hybrid position based out of our office in the SouthPark area of Charlotte. Day-to-day duties can be done remotely, but presence on-site will be required occasionally. Hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00-5:00 and the pay range is up to $60,000/yr.  RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST

• Create Advisor Profiles for use with various social media platforms
• Assist new hires with building an online presence digital presence; platforms used include: LinkedIn, Facebook Business, FMG Websites, Microsoft Bookings, and Persona Pages.
• Assist team with creating presentations and marketing materials
• Create social media ads and campaigns 
• Develop innovative tactics and strategies that drive results
• Use Canva and Photoshop to design marketing materials
• Use Analytics to review campaign performance and adjust improve future performance
• Submit materials for compliance through various software systems (ERP, email security, cybersecurity, HRIS)

REQUIREMENTS OF THE DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Communications, or other related field
• 2+ years of digital marketing experience
• Experience in financial services industry a plus
• Working knowledge of Digital Marketing tools
• Communication skills, proven marketing experience, and be action-oriented
• Working knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop preferred
• Experience with video editing a plus
• Excellent analytical and project management skills
• An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
