RECRUITER

Busy staffing agency in Charlotte is seeking to add a Recruiter to their team. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and onboarding candidates as well as supporting HR functions for employees who are on assignment.

• Pay up to $50K depending on experience
• Comprehensive benefits available
• Weekday schedule - no nights, no weekends
• This position is located on-site in Charlotte, NC

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE RECRUITER:

• Attract candidates using posts on job boards and by attending job fairs.
• Pre-screen candidates to confirm they meet the requirements of available positions
• Interview candidates
• Complete new-hire paperwork
• Conduct background screens and drug tests
• Verify required licenses and certifications are valid
• Assign available candidates to job openings
• Act as point of contact for employees who are on assignment

REQUIREMENTS OF THE RECRUITER:

• Prior experience recruiting for warehouse, call-center, driver, or similar volume-based positions preferred
• Ability to work with people of a variety of backgrounds and personalities.
• High school diploma required
