CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (REMOTE) - WORK FROM HOME

WHAT YOU'LL GET

-WORK FROM HOME

-HOURS 9:00AM-6:00PM MONDAY-FRIDAY -Competitive Salary -Phone Agent $14.00/HR.  -PC, Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse and Headset will be provided to all Agents. -Payday every Tuesday night for the previous week and we don't hold a week-in-the-hole                                                                                  --IMMEDIATE EMPLOYMENT (START JAN 24TH)

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY This is a Temp-to-Perm opportunity and your "virtual" training class will begin on January 24th. Agents will interact and assist customers with the purchase of a global manufacturer's commercial cleaning products for household use. You will determine if the desired products are in stock and if so enter the customer's information, credit card number and date of shipment into the company's software.  

WHAT WE WANT:

· Prior call center experience (MINIMUM ONE-YEAR) 

  Excel at Written and Verbal Communication.

  Consistent professional and pleasant phone etiquette a must.

· Ability to identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

·Strong active listening skills, with the ability to clarify information and diffuse situations as needed.

·Excellent judgment and decision-making skills.

·Analytical/problem solving skills

·Commitment to product knowledge and upselling.

·Ability to adhere to all company policies and procedures.

·High School Diploma or equivalent

·Must be PC literate

·BASIC TYPING SKILLS (AT LEAST 30-35 WPM)
