    Job Description

    TRC IS HIRING FOR FULL-TIME IN OFFICE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES WHO HAVE BEEN VERY HANDS ON AND INSTRUMENTAL IN A COMPANY'S SUCCESS PREVIOUSLY. IDEALLY IN A SMALL BUSINESS OR START UP ENVIRONMENT.

    WE ARE WORKING WITH A START-UP THAT BELIEVES IN SMALL BUSINESSES AND THEIR POTENTIAL. THEY ARE ON A MISSION TO HELP THEM THRIVE! THIS COMPANY IS JUST STARING TO GET THEIR FOOT HOLD IN ATLANTA, GA AFTER BEING EXTREMELY SUCCESSFUL IN THE UK. THEY ARE CURRENTLY LOCATED NEAR PONCE CITY MARKET, BUT WILL BE MOVING TO DUNWOODY IN THE NEXT MONTH OR SO.

    Now they're taking their services global and looking to grow their company in the US by building an operations team here in Atlanta, Georgia. This will be an in-office opportunity with some flexibility following longevity. The best thing about working with this client is the team.     • Hours of operations | 8:00am-8:00pm | Monday-Friday (8 hour shifts 8-5, 9-6, 10-7 and 11-8pm)
    • 10:00am-6:00pm | Saturday & Sunday
    • Temp to hire
    • $16-$18 per hour

    JOB DUTIES:

    You'll solve problems, fix things that aren't working for customers, and give them a leg up when they need it. Most importantly, you'll be able to listen to customers and understand from them how you can build a better business.

    WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

    • Helping customers with everything related to their account, providing incredible customer support by listening, understanding, being honest, and owning the solution.
    • Maintaining customer's privacy.
    • Taking on feedback, and proactively working to improve points of friction for customers and make the product and service even better.
    • Working in your team to make sure that customers get connected instantly.
    • Pinpoint customers that may be experiencing hardship due to their atmosphere or finances.
    • Protecting the company from potential scammers, and individuals that wish to commit fraud.
    • Providing superior customer service and preventing negative experiences.

    WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

    • 2+ years of customer service experience within a fast paced, ever changing environment.
    • Experience of speaking with customers either via phone, email or webchat.
    • You're highly empathetic, with a high degree of emotional intelligence and human understanding.
    • You thrive in a fast-paced, innovative business environment that rewards excellence and does not tolerate mediocrity.
    • You're a quick study, who can rely on your own smarts to figure out the best way of doing things.
    • You have great written and spoken English and are fully computer literate (bonus points for other languages, especially Spanish).
    • You are results-oriented with a motivation to meet targets and deadlines and persistence to see your objectives through.
