TRC IS HIRING FOR FULL-TIME IN OFFICE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES WHO HAVE BEEN VERY HANDS ON AND INSTRUMENTAL IN A COMPANY'S SUCCESS PREVIOUSLY. IDEALLY IN A SMALL BUSINESS OR START UP ENVIRONMENT.
WE ARE WORKING WITH A START-UP THAT BELIEVES IN SMALL BUSINESSES AND THEIR POTENTIAL. THEY ARE ON A MISSION TO HELP THEM THRIVE! THIS COMPANY IS JUST STARING TO GET THEIR FOOT HOLD IN ATLANTA, GA AFTER BEING EXTREMELY SUCCESSFUL IN THE UK. THEY ARE CURRENTLY LOCATED NEAR PONCE CITY MARKET, BUT WILL BE MOVING TO DUNWOODY IN THE NEXT MONTH OR SO.
Now they're taking their services global and looking to grow their company in the US by building an operations team here in Atlanta, Georgia. This will be an in-office opportunity with some flexibility following longevity. The best thing about working with this client is the team. JOB DUTIES:
You'll solve problems, fix things that aren't working for customers, and give them a leg up when they need it. Most importantly, you'll be able to listen to customers and understand from them how you can build a better business.
