TRC IS SEARCHING FOR EXPERIENCED BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATES TO JOIN OUR CLIENT IN THE DUNWOODY, GA AREA!
Established in the United States over 42 years ago, this company carries more than 1.5 billion people vertically, diagonally, and horizontally using elevators, escalators and moving walks. This role specifically is in their 24/7 Emergency Response Call Center, and they and are looking for individuals who have exceptional customer service skills to join their team. This position requires candidates to be comfortable working in a 24/7 environment, including working weekends and holidays when needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
SCHEDULE:
· 4 week days and 1 weekend day
· 8 hours shifts, specific schedule assigned during training
· $0.75/hr bonus is paid for shift hours after 7pm on weekdays, $4/hr bonus paid for Saturday shifts, and $5/hr bonus paid for Sunday shifts
