TRC Staffing is currently hiring for WORK FROM HOME/REMOTE Customer Service Team Members for our client s growing team. We are actively interviewing candidates who have thrive in fast paced environments who enjoy working directly with the public. These are great ENTRY LEVEL ROLES for someone looking to start their career in the Call Center world.
*All equipment is provided by our client, you need to supply the internet and a designated workspace.
JOB TYPE: Temp to Hire, Full Time
LOCATION: Remote | candidates must live in a state where both TRC Staffing and our client are licensed to payroll
YOU WILL:
- Responds to requests and calls from customers related to their utility account
- Collect on past due accounts, enroll customers on payment arrangements, and take payments.
- Identifies and responds to customer s needs based on designated procedures
- Makes attempts to resolve issues and deescalate issues of irate or dissatisfied clients
- Tracks call related information of each call received for auditing and reporting purposes
- Provides feedback reports on call issues related to downtime and/or training issues
YOU ARE:
- Able to positively and efficiently resolve customer concerns and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high volume environment
- Able to take direction and quickly learn new procedures, processes, and products
- Open to feedback, believing in a culture of continuous improvement as you work toward individual and departmental goals
- Comfortable using technology; familiarity and experience with eCommerce a plus
- Able to reliably meet a required flexible/variable hour work schedule including weekends based on business needs and adhere to company attendance policy
YOU HAVE:
- High School Diploma/GED or higher
- 2+ years of experience working with customers
- 1+ years of call center experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer focused mentality
