Immediate Openings for Inbound Call Center Agents with TRC's client -Keefe Group (possible Temp-To-Hire) Pay is $13.00 per hour + overtime in peak season WHAT YOU'LL GET

• Training (classroom 8am-4om Monday-Friday during the first week)

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Energetic Inbound Call Center Agents (possible temp-to-perm) are needed for our clients call center locations in St. Louis. Agents will be taking inbound calls from customers with online orders.

WORK SCHEDULE:

• Training schedule: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (for the first two weeks) Monday through Friday. You will be paid during all training hours
• Shift Times: Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 11:00 PM and Saturday from: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• You must be flexible to work any of these shifts as you will be assigned after training completion
• Overtime may be required during peak times

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Take online orders from customer calls
• Enter order information into system accurately and timely
• Ability to answer customer questions effectively and efficiently once trained

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to work in a fast pace call center environment
• Exceptional communication skills, professional phone etiquette and efficient computers skills required
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings: credit, background and drug test
