Servers must be able to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, guest-centered, high volume environment

Providing excellent service through genuine hospitality and building guest rapport

Demonstrating product knowledge of all menu items, and have the ability to make recommendations based on guests' preferences and dietary requirements.

Ensuring accuracy in taking orders of all food and beverage items and ensuring each item meets or exceeds guests' expectations

Attentive service through friendliness and ensuring guests are well taken care of to ensure repeat business.

SERVER REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 2(+) years of experience in the restaurant/hospitality industry

• Friendly and customer-service minded

• Have reliable transportation

• Arrive on time

• Ability to work in high volume, fast-paced, guest-centered environment
