JOB DESCRIPTION Customer Service/Inside Sales: Full-Time

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for a smart, charismatic person to handle order processing, handle key accounts, answer phones calls relating to sales orders and order support.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Ordering processing

● Stock management

● Computer entry.

● Send vendor purchase orders

● Review and follow up on open orders

● Answer phones and route calls appropriately to the right person

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

● Comfortable on computer, comfortable learning new ERP software

● Good typing skills

● Detail-Oriented

● Good customer service attitude

● Team player

● Able to multi-task

DETAILS:

● Position is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. 1 hour for lunch daily

● Must work in office – 30 Iron Hill Rd., New Britain, PA 18901
