Job Description

• Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
• Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (Salesforce CRM)
• Help support global demand programs
• Review each list for discrepancies; work with team to determine resolution; verify changes prior to execution
• Ensure end-to-end data quality
• Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns

Qualifications

• Recent Graduate, Junior or Senior college student pursuing a major in Marketing, Business Administration, MIS, CIS, Computer Science, or other related degree
• Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications (e.g. CRM tools, Online analytics and Google Adwords) is a plus
• Strong excel and analytics skills
• Interested in learning Tableau
• Eager, inquisitive and stickler for details/timelines
• Solid understanding of different marketing techniques as well as a passion for the marketing industry and its best practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
• Excellent organizational skills

Additional Information

This position is part-time position of 15-40 hours per week between the hours of 8:00am-5:00pm. Pay is $15.00 an hour and will report to the Director of Field Marketing.
