Job Description

The ACCOUNTING/QTC ANALYST will be responsible for the Zuora to NetSuite data integrity portion of the month-end close process for all global legal entities.  The role is responsible for reviewing (and editing as needed) the day-to-day Zuora integration with NetSuite to include orders, invoicing and revenue.  In addition, the role responsibilities will include customer invoicing support.  We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, accurate, system oriented and enjoys working across multiple functions in a challenging and fast-paced, global environment.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review fully executed customer contracts to the accounting data points in the Zuora subscription management system
• Update Zuora on an as-needed basis when the customer contract information differs from the information in Zuora
• In addition to reviewing new customer contracts, review contract changes (upsell, co-term) and ensure Zuora is updated appropriately; most often requires orders to be combined
• Participate in the accounts receivable function to include:
  • Assist with customer invoicing to include professional services
  • Customer portal billing and portal administration (ARIBA, Coupa, government, etc.)
  • Customer account maintenance (email address updates, etc.)
  • Customer requested ACH payment set-up – ACH forms, bank letters, W9, etc.
  • o   Review general accounting email on a daily basis and respond timely to customer invoice related requests (update invoices with purchase order numbers, etc.)
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as needed.

Qualifications

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• College Degree in Accounting preferred, but can also be in Business, Finance or other related fields
• Minimum of three years of professional experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence, good judgment, energy and personality to work in a dynamic environment across all levels of management and across functions and geographies
• Knowledge and experience of ERP processes and systems (NetSuite, SalesForce and Kimble)
