Job Description

Tricentis is looking for an intern for copy editing support for our marketing team. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, with excellent grammar and proofreading skills and a knack for communicating ideas clearly and concisely. Recent graduates or current students in Communications, Journalism, or English programs are encouraged to apply. Please submit copy editing examples with your application, if available. 

This position is currently remote. Hours are variable, but generally between 10 – 15 hours per week, in our Buckhead office, once we resume to business as usual.  

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Review and revise web and email copy for formatting, punctuation, grammar, syntax, technical accuracy, clarity, and brand standards 
• Test links 
• Fact check content as needed 
• Tailor copy to ensure it matches campaign or brand tone, voice, structure, and audience 
• Ensure Tricentis writing style is applied appropriately 
• Work with marketing production team to ensure content is reviewed in a timely manner 
• Review copy to ensure it is SEO friendly

Qualifications

• Copy writing/editing experience preferred 
• Bachelor's degree (complete or in progress) in Communications, Journalism, English, or related fields 
• Knowledge of Associated Press Style guidelines
