    WORKING TITLE: Network Engagement Specialist

    FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt

    POSTING SALARY RANGE: $31,878 - $38,000

    POSTING DETAILS:

     

    LOCATION: Jacksonville, Greenville, Wilmington

    Trillium Health Resources has an opening for a Support Specialist in our Network Engagement Department. We are seeking an individual who is detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks, effectively managing assigned tasks from start to finish.

    Job duties include:

    • Collaborate with Trillium’s network of providers and establish partnerships based on mutual respect and accountability.
    • Retain significant knowledge of network procedures, policies, workflows and Trillium’s Provider Manual to provide accurate information.
    • Promptly support network providers through multiple channels, not limited to:  telephone, email and/or responding to inquiries through the Network Services Ticket System.
    • Provide confidential administrative assistance to network providers, staff, community stakeholders and/or the Vice President of Network Management.
    • Help prepare informational documents, reports and/or special projects as needed.

    REQUIREMENTS: 

    EDUCATION:    Graduation from High School/GED.

    EXPERIENCE:  Minimum of two years’ clerical experience or equivalent of higher education or higher education/experience. Prefer experience in a call center and/or customer service. Prefer experience in mental health, substance abuse and developmental disabilities.

    LICENSE/CERTIFICATION:  None required

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (INCLUDING TECHNICAL SKILLS): 

    • Detail oriented, ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks
    • Time management skills to effectively manage assigned tasks from start to finish  
    • Flexibility in adjusting work activities and the ability to quickly change focus of activities to meet changing priorities within the department and/or organization   
    • Capability of working independently and with a team; Ability to build cohesive teams
    • Ability to operate or learn a variety of computer software or operating systems
    • Thorough knowledge of general office practices, equipment and software packages; ability to plan, organize and review work, workflow and procedures; excellent written and communication skills

    Must have a valid driver’s license
