WORKING TITLE: Network Engagement Specialist
FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt
POSTING SALARY RANGE: $31,878 - $38,000

LOCATION: Jacksonville, Greenville, Wilmington
Trillium Health Resources has an opening for a Support Specialist in our Network Engagement Department. We are seeking an individual who is detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks, effectively managing assigned tasks from start to finish.
Job duties include:
Trillium Health Resources is a local governmental agency (LME/MCO) that manages mental health, substance use, and intellectual/developmental disability services for 26 counties in eastern North Carolina. Trillium is ensuring our staff stay safe and healthy during these unprecedented times of the COVID-19 pandemic. Staff are completing work remotely through 1/4/2020 and have guidelines to follow if needing to utilize an office. REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION: Graduation from High School/GED.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of two years’ clerical experience or equivalent of higher education or higher education/experience. Prefer experience in a call center and/or customer service. Prefer experience in mental health, substance abuse and developmental disabilities.
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION: None required

Must have a valid driver’s license
