Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate caregiver to join our team. In this role, you will make a difference in the lives of autistic, schizophrenic and other behaviorally challenged clients by assisting with hygiene needs, housekeeping, errands, dispensing medication, and other tasks that improve the client’s living environment and standards. The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, reliable, and punctual.

Responsibilities

Redirect residents with challenging behaviors

Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing

Prepare all meals and snacks

Housekeeping

Passing Medication

Provide companionship

Accompany with errands and shopping

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Caregiver for behaviorally challenged clients

CBRF certification

Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills

Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines

Excellent communication and interpersonal spills

Ability walk with clients and do activities

Compassionate, respectful, ethical

Ability to reliably work a 12 hour shift schedule
