Trinity Care is a program operated on the south east side of Wisconsin.

We specialize in assisting individuals who are on the Austistic spectrum. Our goal is to assist these individuals with their daily living activities. We are unique in that we operate in a family-style facility that specializes in members with advanced care.

-Roles and Responsibilities

1. Set the tone by maintaining a positive work environment and make sure day to day activities are carried out.
2. Supervise staff on the floor.
3. Ensure all behaviors are documented.
4. Respond to all behavioral episodes in a calm professional manner as trained.
5. Complete all mandatory company training and complete required certifications.
6. Accompany residents on outings.
