Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to our Travel Agents, ensuring they receive all the information and resources they need to perform their best. Your responsibilities will include updating business listings, and social posts, assisting with onboarding new agents, collecting mail, scheduling appointments, planning meetings, and writing correspondence. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent computer, written and verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Responsibilities
Regularly updating business listings like yelp, google MyBusiness etc
Assisting with administrative work to onboard new agents
Collecting mail from post boxes, coordinating shipping
Help senior agents keep track of meetings, organizing them and reminding them
Write emails, memos, and letters and distribute them appropriately
Contribute to keeping corporate records up to date.
Light data entry and updates.
Maintain an organized filing system
Develop, update, and maintain relevant office procedures
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED required, Associate’s degree or administrative training is preferred
Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar position
Familiarity with standard office equipment such as printers and computers
Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects
Remote / Office Split You can work partially remote for this job, however you are required to be in the office at least twice a week for important meetings.
