Custom tailor solutions to specific warehousing, distribution, and transportation needs.
Create and present persuasive service proposals with clarity and conviction.
Offer transparent and competitive rate presentations to prospective clients.
Engage in strategic account management, always aiming for long-term partnerships and profitability.
Draft insightful sales reports to keep the team aligned and goals on track.
Collaborate harmoniously with Operations, focusing on:
Robust lead generation.
Strategic space allocation.
Periodic profitability assessments and rate modifications.
Position Specifics:
Reporting To: Warehouse Manager.
Travel: Occasional, based on business imperatives.

Performance Metrics:
Client Acquisition: Demonstrate consistent growth in new client acquisition with a quarterly target to be set in line with company objectives.
Client Relationship Management: Enhance client retention and demonstrate an ability to increase the average value derived from each client relationship.
Sales Efficiency: Streamline and optimize the sales process, aiming for a reduction in the sales cycle length and quicker conversion rates.
Market Expansion: Showcase abilities to tap into new markets or territories, ensuring a steady influx of clients from these areas.
Sales Pipeline Management: Constantly grow and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, reflecting future potential business opportunities.

Education:
Experience:
2-5 years in a rigorous sales position, ideally managing the entire sales process.
Business Development in cold storage strongly preferred.
Proficiency in HubSpot CRM.
Proven track record in high-pressure sales environments.
