As a TRITORI Transaction Coordinator, you'll take a lead role in coordinating real estate deals, ensuring that all of the details come together seamlessly from contract to close. Responsibilities: THE ROLE • Manage the transaction from contract to close. • Act as a liaison between clients, lenders, attorneys, appraisers, and other parties. • Answer clients' questions and guide them through the closing process. • Coordinate and schedule inspections, walkthroughs, and closings. • Benefit from online tools that allow you to track customer progress, and share that information across teams. • Note: Candidates must be available to work in person Monday-Friday 9:00 am-6:00 pm. Qualifications: QUALIFICATIONS • Real estate license • Experience in real estate including processing transactions is a must! • Experience using DotLoop • Excellent attention to detail — Nothing gets past you! • Lingering emails drive you crazy and your guiding principle is Inbox Zero. • Strong sense of accountability for the customer experience. • Calm demeanor when resolving issues and communicating with agents and clients. • Not afraid to speak up to get what you need. • Experience using email, phone, and customer relationship management tools to communicate with clients and other parties in real estate transactions.
