Job Description

Our team is seeking a Full Time Data Entry/Customer Service Clerk to assist in the daily inputting of customers' orders, invoicing, and other data into our computer system. This position will be directly responsible for accurately entering customers orders, ensuring due dates are entered correctly, following internal process for filing and moving orders through the system. They will communicate with customers and many levels of the internal team. The position will also answer phone calls from customers and update status of orders in the system. In addition to data entry and answering inbound phone calls this individual may be asked to perform other office duties from answering phones, filing, collection calls, etc. We are seeking to hire immediately. Qualifications for success:

• Must be computer literate
• Must be able to type 35 WPM or greater
• Must be able to multi-task with computer, phone, and e-mail
• Attention to detail and maintaining a clean work environment is essential
• Must be able to work with MS Office products on an intermediate to advance level
• Ability to take instruction and put it into action quickly
• Must be able to enter 50-100 orders per day
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and handle changes with a smile
• Experience with Amazon Vendor Central, Drop Ship, and Wal-Mart DSV is a plus Sub Qualifications:
• Minimum High School degree or GED equivalent
• Bi - Lingual - Spanish and English a plus, but not necessary
• Experience in the plastics industry a plus
• Experience with CyFrame software a plus
