Job Description
Our team is seeking a Full Time Data Entry/Customer Service Clerk to assist in the daily inputting of customers' orders, invoicing, and other data into our computer system. This position will be directly responsible for accurately entering customers orders, ensuring due dates are entered correctly, following internal process for filing and moving orders through the system. They will communicate with customers and many levels of the internal team. The position will also answer phone calls from customers and update status of orders in the system. In addition to data entry and answering inbound phone calls this individual may be asked to perform other office duties from answering phones, filing, collection calls, etc. We are seeking to hire immediately.
