    Job Description

    STAFFING ADMINISTRATOR

    We currently seek a high caliber Staffing Administrator for a long-term basis within our client’s team of experienced professionals. Based in Costa Mesa, CA.

     

    Under general supervision the Staffing Administrator performs complex administrative duties for a TRS Staffing Branch.  These duties involve working familiarity with computer software systems.  The Staffing Admin will handle and maintain confidential personnel records through hire and re-hire packets for the branch.  Discretion and independent judgment is required. 

     

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • Hire packets for contract employees
    • Generate employee contracts
    • Complete ERC forms
    • Maintain hire and rehire ERC forms
    • Setup, maintain and audit active TRS contract employee files
    • Setup drug screenings
    • Log and file applicant questionnaire forms and applications
    • Work closely with Manager handling any administrative responsibilities
    • Interact with Manager, Staffing Consultants and Business Development Rep to insure quality control
    • Enter contract employee timesheets into SAP
    • Prepare and submit per diem requests
    • Audit contract employee payroll register
    • Distribute/mail paychecks
    • Process all invoices, which includes coding with proper charge accounts, auditing for accuracy and forwarding for payment
    • Order office supplies
    • Maintain knowledge of safety policies and procedures and perform assigned duties in a safe manner. 
    • Encourage co-workers to comply with established safety policies and procedures and to practice safe work habits
    • Perform other related duties as necessary

     

    Employment Type: Full-time OR Part-time (depending on candidate preference and availability), Non-exempt, Long-term Contract
