We are looking to expand our dispatching team today! You will be handling inbound calls from our customers who require road side service. You will work with our team of technicians in efficiently responding to road service calls. This is a work from home position. Your home will be your office! A reliable internet connection is required.

What we are looking for:

· 100% bilingual: fluent in English and Spanish

· Great communication skills

· Ability to multitask handling phone calls and a computer simultaneously

· Must have reliable access to the internet

· Must have your own desktop or laptop

Not required, but preferred:

· Previous experience in sales, customer service, and telemarketing

· Experience working in a fast paced profession

· Collection experience

· De-escalation of

· Prior dispatching experience

Compensation and Benefits

· Starting at $15.00, bonus monthly, after 3 months, for top performers

· Compensation rate based on experience
