The Assistant Digital Planner is responsible for providing support in the timely development and maintenance of digital plans. This includes but is not limited to Media Recommendations, Point-of-Views (POVs), flowcharts, digital performance reports, and related media analysis for the clients assigned.

DAY-TO-DAY DUTIES:
- Support the development and implementation of regional and local digital media campaigns that could include most or all of the following:
- Search, SEM, Google Ads
- Paid Social (Facebook, Twitter, TikTok)
- OTT, Streaming Video
- Digital Audio, Podcast
- Display Banners
- As directed by Media Director, assist in the preparation of recommendations, POVs and select analysis
- Utilize available traditional media planning tools (MediaTools, Google Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.)
- Traffic all digital campaigns to the appropriate vendors, via 3rd party traffic tags
- Coordinate with the various teams the following (but not limited to):
- Competitive spending
- Media and Promotional Opportunities
- Invoice Approval and Billing
REQUIREMENTS:
Four-year degree is required. Basic knowledge of media planning/buying is preferred. Ideal candidate should be extremely well organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. The ability to handle multiple projects and strong follow-up skills are a must.
- Previous professional experience in a relevant field (marketing communications/media or agency) is required
- Familiar with at least one of the following: Facebook Ads Manger, Google Campaign Manager, Google Adwords
- Strong Excel skills required.
- Desire to learn and become an expert on digital media strategy
