    POSITION: SMALL CELL TECHNICIAN – CDL REQUIRED

    LOCATION: LITTLE ROCK, AK

    POSITION TYPE:  FULL-TIME, NON-EXEMPT

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Following all applicable OSHA and TSC safety rules and procedures
    • Understand and strictly adhere to safety and quality guidelines without deviation.
    • Drilling holes and setting Utility Poles
    • Assisting and building Small Cell projects that include running cable, mounting radio equipment and building electrical services
    • Other duties as needed and assigned

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Must have a valid CDL is required for this position, we will train the skills with a CDL
    • Ability to learn how to properly install multiple equipment types for Small Cell Builds.
    • Ability to learn how to Sweep and PIM testing for Small Cell Builds
    • Ability to be trained and certified to safely operate a bucket truck.
    • Ability to work at heights up to 75'.
    • Ability to work in all kinds of weather as this work is 100% outdoors.
    • Ability to dig and lift up to 75lb and physically move around without limits.
    • Ability to properly use all manners of hand tools in a safe manner.
    • Ability to travel out of local markets if required for extended periods of time.
    • Must have a valid (CDL) Commercial Driver License.
    • Must have reliable transportation.
