POSITION: SMALL CELL CREW TECH WITH CDL (WILL TRAIN THE WORKING SKILLS WITH A CDL)

1. Must have a valid CDL is required for this position, we will train the skills with a CDL
2. Ability to learn how to properly install multiple equipment types for Small Cell Builds.
3. Ability to learn how to Sweep and PIM testing for Small Cell Builds
4. Ability to be trained and certified to safely operate a bucket truck.
5. Ability to work at heights up to 75'.
6. Ability to work in all kinds of weather as this work is 100% outdoors.
7. Ability to dig, lift up to 75lb and physically move around without limits.
8. Ability to properly use all manners of hand tools in a safe manner.
9. Ability to travel out of local markets if required for extended periods of time.
10. Must have a valid (CDL) Commercial Driver License.
11. Must have reliable transportation.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY

There are no supervisory responsibilities.

POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK

This is a full-time non-exempt position. Days of work are Monday through Friday with some irregular hours. Weekends and evenings are required at times.

TRAVEL

• Must possess a valid CDL driver's license and be insurable under the company insurance policy.
• This position can require travel and extended stays at site locations if non-local projects are under construction.
