Job Description

We have an immediate need for an experience Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable person with 3 plus years of AP/AR in a manufacturing environment.  

Accounts Payable/Receivables Specialist to handle the following. The ideal candidate will possess previous experience in Accounts Payable. This is an immediate need with excellent opportunity for growth.

Responsibilities:

• Invoice exception processing,
• Researching and reconciling to the accounts payable 3-way match process,
• Creating month end journal entries/accruals, account analysis and reconciliations.
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills required.
• Accounts receivables experience 
• Strong Knowledge of SAP and Excel
• Epicor Experience is a plus
