    Job Description

    We are seeking a Help Desk/jr Sys Admin person to join our team! You will handle a variety of projects to support and improve the organization's network systems. This is an on premise job. For security reasons, our customers require U.S. Citizenship to support their networks, we will abide by these requirements.

    $1500 signing bonus.

    Responsibilities:

    • Responds to Help Desk Tickets
    • Gain certification as Nextgen SME
    • On-Call rotation for supporting staff after hours
    • Manage all aspects of the networking platform
    • Troubleshoot network & workstation issues
    • Monitor active network and server infrastructure
    • Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment
    • Document all technical procedures and user guides
    • Performs onsite technical assistance
    • Creates network diagrams and collects information about new clients
    • Works on projects from beginning to completion to satisfy client needs
    • Ensures backups are performing correctly

    Required Non-Technical Competencies:

    • Ability to take projects from start to finish
    • Ability to Project Manage & Document all projects/tasks
    • Ability to work nights and weekends, as necessary, to complete tasks
    • Ability to provide guidance in non-technical terms to our clients
    • Ability to communicate efficiently on all projects and processes
    • Be willing to continue acquiring certification

    Required Technical Competencies:

    • MS SQL Admin
    • Windows 2012,2016,2019
    • Expertise in the Windows Desktop Environments 10,11
    • Firewall SonicWALL
    • Meraki Wireless Access
    • Knowledge in Cloud (Public/Private) Environments
    • Windows Hyper V
    • Microsoft Office 365

    Required All-Around Competencies:

    • Above average Customer Service Skills
    • Above average Communications Skills verbal and written
    • Above average Documentation Skills
    • 3+ Years Help Desk experience
    • 1+ Years Systems & Network Administrator or Engineer
    • Good driving record
    • Strong sense of duty
    • Detail oriented
    • Expert follow-up skills

    Desired All-Around Competencies:

    • Medical IT Background
    • MCSE – (Any)
    • Soncwall Firewall
    • Microsoft SQL Experience
