Position Summary
The Territory Sales Representative is responsible for achieving or exceeding sales goals within a defined territory by building and maintaining strong relationships with dental professionals. You’ll educate customers on company's implant, restorative, digital, and regenerative solutions while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth. This role collaborates closely with the Solutions Team to create differentiated value in the marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve or exceed territory sales quotas by acquiring new customers and growing existing accounts.
Promote the proper and safe use of full dental portfolio.
Develop and execute a territory business plan targeting high-potential prospects and opportunities.
Organize and lead local programs, events, and training sessions to drive brand loyalty and engagement.
Build trusted relationships with dentists, surgeons, labs, and office staff.
Adhere to all regulatory and company compliance standards related to HCP interactions, expense reporting, product handling, and training.
Effectively use Salesforce CRM to plan, manage, and report sales activities; align efforts with strategic business goals.
Represent the company at local, regional, and national conferences and trade shows.
Support product launches and strategic sales initiatives in partnership with Marketing and Education teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required (Business or Health Science preferred).
2–3 years of proven sales experience with a strong record of exceeding targets.
B2B or healthcare sales experience preferred.
Formal consultative sales training (e.g., PSS, Challenger) strongly preferred.
Travel Requirements
Up to 50% travel, primarily by car.
