We have an immediate need for a PROJECT MANAGER with 6+YEARSof professional experience to lead a small LAND DEVELOPMENT TEAM in our DALLASoffice and become a part of a creative and collaborative team as our firm continues to grow. The ideal candidate should be interested in fostering strong relationships with current and prospective clients in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
Project coordination, client interaction, city and county government interaction
Engineering design & direction of staff -- project engineers, and designers as needed
Design projects include paving, grading, drainage, water, sanitary sewer, and erosion control
PROJECT TYPES: Mixed use, Education, Office/Business, Residential subdivisions/Multi-family, Recreation, Infrastructure
SALARY:between $120,000 and $150,000 depending on experience and may be more than this range for candidates with exceptional experience and successful history of performance.
