We have an immediate need for a Project Manager with 6+years of professional experience to lead a small Land Development Team in our Austin office and become a part of a creative and collaborative team as our firm continues to grow. The ideal candidate should be interested in fostering strong relationships with current and prospective clients in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

The work:

• Project coordination, client interaction, city and county government interaction
• Engineering design & direction of staff -- project engineers, and designers as needed

• Design projects include paving, grading, drainage, water, sanitary sewer, and erosion control

• Project types: Mixed use, Education, Office/Business, Residential subdivisions/Multi-family, Recreation, Infrastructure
• Salary: between $120,000 and $150,000 depending on experience and may be more than this range for candidates with exceptional experience and successful history of performance.

Qualifications:

• BS or MS Degree in Civil Engineering
• Professional Engineer license (P.E.)
• Strong business development skills and client relations
• 6+ years of related experience
• AutoCAD Civil 3D & Modeling software experience
