This award-winning national consulting firm specializes in land planning, civil engineering, architecture, landscape architecture, transportation, geospatial services for a diverse client base in over 30 states.

We have an immediate need for a Civil Engineerwith 5 to 10 years of professional experience to be part of our Land Development team in our Tampa office. Project focus ranges from large scale multi-year municipal programs to residential communities or commercial developments.

The work:

• Manage the preparation of land development and municipal design projects for clients such as state, county and local governments, private clients and land developers
• Prepare engineering documents including storm water design reports, permit applications, and supporting calculations
• Coordinate with other disciplines, project managers, clients, and client representatives to determine project scope
• Conduct project job site visits during construction to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design, owner expectations, and building codes
• Assist project manager in establishing budgets, cost estimates, and project schedules

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) License preferred but not required
• 3+ years of experience in Site Civil and/or utility engineering
• Proficiency with Civil 3D
• Familiarity with modeling software
