TSR is a premier National U.S. Staffing company with over 50 years of staffing excellence. Our client, a leading Financial Services company is hiring Recruiting Associates on a contract basis. WORK LOCATION: Tampa, FL (currently remote, eventually onsite) The Recruiting Associate is responsible for assisting in the execution and delivery of recruitment activities in coordination with the Human Resources team. The overall objective of this role is to participate in various recruitment initiatives in support of the overall business strategy. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist recruiting managers, site recruiters, and business partners to identify business requirements and hiring needs.
• Consult with business clients to comprehend job profiles.
• Assist with sourcing applicants, reviewing resumes, screening and assessing candidates to provide qualified candidate lists to hiring managers.
• Assist management with candidate selection and diversity hiring initiatives, including recruiting events and activities.
• Work with key stakeholders throughout recruiting process.
• Assist in the negotiation of candidate offers.
• Ensure all hiring policies and procedures are adhered to and that best practice recruitment guidelines are administered throughout the recruitment process.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding company, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.
• Demonstrated organizational skills.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelors degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
