Enjoy working from home? We are seeking IT Telesales Consultants (Part-Time/Remote) to join our team!

Rapidly expanding virtual sales enablement agency specializing in the IT segment is looking for experienced IT sales and help desk professionals that are looking for the opportunity to make outbound calls to IT thought leaders and decision-makers.

Ideal candidates are experienced with a minimum of four years of interacting with IT professionals in a telesales or help desk capacity using click-to-call dialer platforms. We engage in both targeted and whitespace campaign calling. Two and four-hour call shifts are available.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Engage and qualify prospects through outbound calling campaigns
• Resolve customer questions and offer solutions that align with client programs
• Set appointments and share appropriate materials to keep prospects aware of latest developments
• Manage calling lists within automated calling platform (call backs, RFIs, etc.)

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in IT sales, customer service, Help Desk or other related fields
• Background in IT infrastructure, networking, security and cloud. Knowledge or experience in the IT channel a plus.
• Adept at retaining script information, comfortable pivoting on messaging
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Ability to build rapport with clients, well-developed listening skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented, able to organize and manage daily work load independently
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• SMB and SLED market experience is a plus
