JOB DESCRIPTION

TSX Entertainment is looking for a developer that will be working to build components for Chromium (Open Source version of Chrome) responsible for the development and maintenance of widgets that will be utilized by our beautiful 8K one of a kind screen in Times Square New York. by both consumer facing as well as to service venue operations. You will be assisting in growing and cultivating an organization to service our roadmap and product needs. You will work closely with our enterprise architecture, product and design teams to implement solutions that power visuals on our 8K Display.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Planning and designing features and services
• Be an individual contributor to the codebase
• Evaluate existing systems for integration into our platform

SKILLS

All Candidates Should have:

• Prior experience working with AWS Cloud Services.
• Proficiency in a server side language, Java, Node (JS/TS), and/or Python
• Decent HTML / CSS Skills and some related React Frameworks
• Experience in an Agile Work Environment
• Good Organizational and Communication Skills
• Familiarity with Databases, Relational or NoSQL
• Understanding of API Design and Web Services

Ideal Candidates Should Have:

• Proficient with Containerization tools such as Docker / Kubernetes 
• Experience with NextJS
• Knowledge of MongoDB (w/ Realm)
• Experience with DevOps practices with an emphasis on Continuous Delivery
• Experience with NoSQL Technologies / Platforms
• Interested in personal growth and development

Qualifications:

• 2 Years Experience or Equivalent Degree
