TTF is recruiting for a mental health professional who wants to become part of an amazing team in the behavioral health field. We are searching for a full-time Program Supervisor in Indio, CA.   Duties will consist of: •             Supervising, training, and scheduling assigned staff •             Assisting with administration of the program business plan, to include ensuring contract expectations are met and adherence to budget •             Supporting clinical team in screening potential participants and providing referrals to other agencies as needed •             Assisting individuals/families in developing natural supports to increase success in the community •             Developing and maintaining positive and constructive working relationships with collateral agencies                 Qualified candidates will have minimum of two (2) years of supervisory/management experience required, possess Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field from an accredited college or university, have a current BBS certificate, experience working with a program serving people with mental disabilities (preferred), and be able to successfully complete the required pre-employment screenings.   Our client is a multi-state leader in the industry and offers a comprehensive salary and benefit package for its employees.
