    We're looking to add a proactive Administrative/Marketing Associate to our Bethesda, MD and Chevy Chase, DC real estate offices. The Administrative/Marketing Associate trains and supports our associates on brokerage tools and systems, assists agents in the production of branded marketing materials, including postcards, email, and social media graphics. The Administrative/Marketing Associate works in concert with The Marketing Team to ensure our agents' success. Responsibilities: • Training and supporting our associates. Responding to basic questions, requests, and issues pertaining to the company's integrated marketing platform, email marketing platform, and transaction management platform • Onboarding — serving as the main point of contact for agent onboarding process from license transfers to ensuring agent has fully trained on all company platforms and resources property Marketing — providing design production assistance for email, print, and social media using templates provided by the marketing team or found in the company marketing platforms helping our associates expand their marketing efforts • Listing Management — completing upfront quality control checks and troubleshooting for listings ensuring distribution throughout the Sotheby's International Realty digital network to maximize exposure for each listing • Document Transaction Management — overseeing contract to close process using Skyslope, including document review. Provide agent training for SkySlope. • Office Management — maintaining the highest levels of professionalism while greeting guests, answering main telephone lines, and interacting with vendors and the general public. Conducting a weekly inventory of office supplies and placing supply orders. Maintaining schedules for phone duty, conference room reservations, and tech support. Keeping office neat, tidy, and well-stocked, ensuring all office equipment is in working order. Assisting with sales meeting presentations and special projects as assigned Qualifications: • Candidate will have excellent time management and multi-tasking skills • Candidate will possess a constant drive to improve the experience of our associates • Must be able to work independently and possess strong problem-solving skills • Candidate must be friendly, caring, and have a positive attitude • Should be attentive to the needs of our associates and management • Must be willing to work in both our Bethesda, MD and Chevy Chase DC offices—this is an in-office position • Bachelor's degree or graduation from a two-year college program in a related discipline is preferred but not required Compensation: $50,000 - $58,000 yearly
